Cross-Cultural Equity

The Cross-Cultural Equity Committee (CCEC) has launched a participatory process to co-develop IARSLCE’s Cross-Cultural and Equity Plan. This initiative reflects the association’s commitment to global inclusion, multilingual engagement, and culturally responsive practices.

Currently in its first phase, the process invites both members and interested colleagues to engage in a shared baseline conversation. Your input will inform a cross-committee equity plan grounded in lived experiences and collaborative dialogue.

Three phases will guide this work: stakeholder engagement, collective reflection, and the development of a shared implementation matrix. Together, these steps aim to build a more inclusive, responsive, and globally engaged IARSLCE.
