If your institution is a member of the IARSLCE Alliance, please register with your institutional email address so we can verify your affiliation. See list of participating institutions here. Contact your campus lead for a special Alliance promotion code.

Discounted Rates for Individual Members and Alliance Institutions

Refund, Transfer, & Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund until August 15, 2026 and 50% refund from August 16-September 15, 2026. No refunds will be issued beginning September 16, 2026. No refunds for no-shows. 

  • To transfer a registration to a colleague, contact conference@iarslce.org by September 16, 2026.

  • If the conference is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be fully refunded; however, IARSLCE is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred in connection to attending the conference (i.e. flights, hotel, etc.).
