Requesting to Attend a Board Meeting
While our Board Meetings are primarily working sessions for the Board of Directors, we welcome requests for observation, space permitting, and subject to agenda constraints.
How to Request Attendance:
Review Schedule: Consult our official meeting schedule on the website calendar to find the date of the meeting you wish to attend.
Submit Your Request: Please send an email to the designated contact address at least 7 days prior to the meeting date:
Email: admin@iarslce.org
Subject Line: Attendance Request: [Date of Meeting]
Include in the Body: Your full name, contact information (phone and/or email), and the reason for your request to attend (briefly).
Please Note:
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee attendance.
Attendees are typically asked to observe and may not participate in discussions unless specifically invited by the Board Chair.
The Board reserves the right to hold executive or closed sessions that are not open to the public.
